Having worked as a courier driver for a few years in the past, I had ideal opportunity to take plenty of photos of anything train-like I came across. This page and the
associated EMU page show views along the GE mainline from Liverpool Street out to Norwich.
All of these shots show locomotives on the Main Lines - the Electric Lines are the rear tracks.

This pair of 37's namely 37118 and 37143 went thumping through Chadwell Heath heading west - I believe they were hauling empties.
Here is a reasonably framed portrait of 86223 running light out of Liverpool Street.
Shortly after 86223 passed by, 86244 shot past with an express to Norwich.
A badly framed shot of 86246 heading back to Liverpool Street. The catenary masts weren't in the way though.
